Welcome to a new and exciting addition to my homeopathy practice. For many years I have dreamed of creating a healing center that offers a variety of programs to assist people in healing all aspects of their lives (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual). I see many people begin to heal with the help of homeopathy, but then get stuck in their life situations. It is here that I believe education and support can facilitate the healing process.

Our initial class will be "Living in the Now." Learning to be fully present in the Now is the beginning of Self-awareness and healing. Other classes that will be offered in the future include: understanding the mind-body dynamics of illness, the importance of purpose and meaning in life, how to manage stress, the importance of exercise, cardiovascular fitness and nutrition. We will also offer classes in bringing more creativity into our lives through the arts: poetry, journaling, music, dance, and the visual arts. Life is meant to be fun and joy-filled.

As you commit to make significant changes in your life by developing a disciplined daily practice that "exercises" your mind, emotions, body and spirit, I know that your life will be richer, fuller and eventually freer. We have been given this life to be creative and to fulfill our purpose.

I invite you to attend as many of the classes as you possibly can. You do not have to be a patient in this practice to attend. Please invite your family and friends to participate. Let me know about other topics you would like presented. I may from time to time have "guest speakers." This website will also have listings of upcoming classes. In the future I plan to send out an e-letter with interesting ideas and topics for your consideration.

This is the beginning of an ongoing educational program presented by Dr. Bedinghaus. The purpose is to assist people in developing a healthy and happy life. We have been given this life as a sacred gift, and it is up to us to live it as fully conscious as we can. This initial class will offer:

• Understanding how "thinking" can be an obstacle to the Now.
• Becoming aware of the Now in every moment.
• Letting go of the past and the future.
• Meditation as a resource for coming fully into the Now.
• Learning to access the inner body.
• How relationships can be spiritual practice.

Whether or not you are an active patient of Dr. Bedinghaus, you are invited to participate in this life-changing class. Eckhart Tolle's book, "The Power of Now" is highly recommended. You can purchase it at any bookstore or from Amazon.com.
